First Baptist Church has been under the leadership of Reverend Dave Bulka since 1986. Pastor Dave is pictured here with his wife Kathy Bulka who leads the Women's Sunday school class, his oldest daughter Kathyrn youngest daughter Laura.

Tim Flynn has been the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church since 1995. He is pictured here with his wife Kristen Flynn, and two daughter Lindsey who is held by her father, and Madison who is held by her mother. Pastor Tim and his wife Kristin lead the Teen's Sunday school class.

Lizardo Ruiz has been the Spanish Pastor since 1995. While the main service is going on in the auditorium Pastor Lizardo holds services in Spanish in a seperate room. He is pictured here with his wife Marina who is plays the piano for the Spanish service, and his two children Marystel and Gabriel
Ken Leary has just joined the First Baptist family. He is a recent graduate from Baptist Bible College East and is on the First Baptist Church pastoral board. Ken helps out with the van ministry and children's ministry.

First Baptist Church of Caldwell N.J. is a Bible believing church.

The church has grown greatly since it's early days 150 years ago and is now averaging about 140 people every Sunday. First Baptist believes very strongly in the Great Commision which states "Go ye therefore and teach all nations" Matthew 28:19 because of this belief First Baptist supports 98 missionaries.
